Dr. César Villanueva Rivas visited Queen’s University earlier this month. Dr. Villanueva Rivas delivered an engaging guest lecture, ‘National Images, Culture and Diplomacy: The Case of Mexico’, at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre to a full crowd on March 5th.

The following day, Dr. Villanueva Rivas joined Dr. Lynda Jessup, Dr. Eric Fillion, and Hannah Burgé Luviano for a panel discussion, ‘Cultural Diplomacy as Policy and Practice’, which was moderated by Ben Schnitzer and Bronwyn Jaques.
