Ben Schnitzer is a PhD candidate at Queen’s University and was awarded a Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) to support his research on Canadian cultural diplomacy and cultural policy.
