The North American Cultural Diplomacy Initiative (NACDI), the Cultural Studies Program and the Film and Media Department at Queen’s University, and the Practitioner Media Lab at Western University, have partnered to present La Montaña as an examination of the journey of non-state actors whose perspectives broaden diplomatic horizons.

The film will be followed by a short presentation by NACDI Research Fellow, Francisco Zepeda Trujillo and a Q and A session with the director of La Montaña, Diego Enrique Osorno (via Zoom). A reception will follow in the Film and Media Lounge on the 3rd floor of the Isabel Bader Center.

Francisco  collaborates as a research assistant at the North American Cultural Diplomacy Initiative (NACDI). He is a Ph.D. candidate in Cultural Studies and a teaching fellow in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at Queen's University (Canada).
