Rebecka Villanueva Ulfgard is Associate Professor in International Studies, Instituto Mora, Mexico City, since August 2008. She has published in international and Spanish journals and editorials on Mexico’s international development cooperation and the AMEXCID, civil society participation in foreign policy, and the implementation process of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. She is a member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers, National Council of Science and Technology (SNI-CONACYT in Spanish). She holds a PhD in Political Science from Linnaeus University, Sweden (2005, previously Växjö University). She is the lead coordinator of the series “Governance, Development, and Social Inclusion in Latin America” for Palgrave Macmillan.
